2. O. fusca sp. nov.
3. O. montana Gorodkov, 1972
4. O. tetrachaeta Gorodkov, 1972
5. O. tokyoensis Czerny, 1937
6. O. zaitzevi Gorodkov, 1972
7. O. zhangi sp. nov.
Based on the distribution records in Catalogue of Palaearctic Diptera, Vol. 10 (Gorodkov, 1984) for the family Heleomyzidae, O. montana and O. tetrachaeta are recorded from Russia, including the Caucasus region.Additionally, O. zaitzevi is reported from Bakuriani, Georgian, Transcaucasia. These areas lie within the Caucasus, which serves as a natural boundary between Asia and Europe. Specifically, modern-day Georgia, located in the southern part of the Caucasus, is geographically situated in Asia, even though it has historically been seen as a transitional zone between the two continents.
