Chorizococcus rostellum (Lobdell)

Hosts. Polyphagous (reported from 25 genera belonging to 7 plant families) but mainly associated with Poaceae (it has been recorded from 25 species of grasses) (García Morales et al. 2016).

Distribution. Australasian, Afrotropical, Nearctic, Neotropical and Palaearctic regions (García Morales et al. 2016). This is the first record of C. rostellum in Uruguay.
