Group alboniger

Definition. Larva of the single species placed here, differs from all other Thraulodes by wider anterior transverse setal row on labrum (Fig. 563) and opposite bent of tergalii (Figs 585–588). Imago differs from all other Thraulodes by very compact black preapical band on hind femur (Figs 574, 575).

Composition. One species, Th. alboniger sp. n. is described here. Variability of imaginal coloration (Figs 574, 575) allows to assume that the type series consists of more than one species. To verify this, it is necessary to rear from larvae imagines of the light form (Figs 571, 573, 574).
