Remarks. This species is distributed in the Greater Caucasus (Georgia, Krasnodar Krai, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia, Stavropol Krai), Lesser Caucasus (Armenia, Georgia), and the eastern Pontic of Anatolia (Zhiltzova 2003, Darilmaz et al. 2016). It emerges in spring and summer, the Azerbaijan specimens inhabiting a single high elevation stream of the Greater Caucasus. New for the fauna of Azerbaijan.
