Holotype: ♀, CHINA, Jiangxi (CBDPC) .
Diagnosis. Black body with yellow markings; occipital carina complete dorsally; postero-ocellar distance 2.2– 2.3× ocular-ocellar distance; ventral side of apical flagellomeres of female flattened and thickened; combined area superomedia and area petiolaris of propodeum open anteriorly; ovipositor sheath distinctly enlarged apically, with long setae.

Distribution. Previously known from Brunei, China, Malaysia (Sheng et al. 2013; Reshchikov et al. 2019). These are the first records of this species from Vietnam.
Remarks. In comparison to the holotype specimen from China, the Vietnamese specimens have a longitudinal black stripe on T2 instead of two black spots. One female specimen collected on 20–30 November 2014 from Vinh Phuc Province has entirely yellow T2–T4, without black spots. Black marks on mesoscutum of one female specimen collected on 20–30 April 2021 from Vinh Phuc Province extends medially to anterior margin of mesoscutum (Fig. 7C). Otherwise, they agree with the original description of Sheng et al. (2013).
