Distribution: Peru, Brazil (BA, ES, GO, MT, MS, MG, PB, PR, PE, RJ, RS, SC, SP), Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, and Uruguay (Rider & Chapin 1991).

Examined material: 25.IX.2017 (1 ♀), 26.IX.2017 (1 ♀), 29.IX.2017 (1 ♂), 13.VII.2018 (1 ♂), 14.VII.2018 (1 ♀) .

Comments. According to Rider & Chapin (1991), T. humilis is a variable species regarding color and body size, but the male and female genitalia are constant. Besides its wide distribution, T. humilis is not recorded in association with agroecosystems (Mendonça et al. 2009).
