Ariasa diupsilon Distant 1906: 90 .

Type locality. British Guiana.

Remarks. One of the two small species in the genus along with A. urens . These species may form a complex within the genus as they share general morphological characteristics as well.

Distribution. Specimens have been reported previously from British Guiana and Guiana (Metcalf 1963).
