Comments. Hennig (1952: 677) stated “Inzwischen hat sich ein Typus im Zoologischen Museum der Universität Berlin gefunden”, but not any syntype was encountered at SDEI nor ZMHB. Horn et al. (1990) indicated that part of the Günther Enderlein collection was deposited at Zoologisches Museum Berlin (from his research in the period 1899-1906, and 1919-1937), and other part at Museum für Naturkunde Stettin (for his work period 1906-1919), the last moved to Museum and Institute of Zoology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, but none syntype of L. insulaepaschalis was located there.
