OCCURRENCE. — Ashikajima Fm.
DESCRIPTION
Trilete microspore. Amb rounded triangular. The laesurae are straight, slightly raised, and extend to the 3/4 of the spore radius. The two faces are densely covered by rounded to slender bacula mingled with some sharpened coni (3 to 7 µm high). The exine is 1.5 to 2 µm thick. Equatorial diameter = 50 µm with the ornamentation.
