Distribution. Eurypharynx pelecanoides was described from off Morocco (29º52’ N, 11º44’ W) and is known from all tropical and temperate seas. It was recorded before in the WSA from material obtained by the R/V Walther Herwig (Bertelsen et al. 1989).
