Material examined. 3 females, Yakupabdal Forest, 40° 3' N, 39° 43' E, alt. 1960 m, 5 April 2014, in moss ; 4 females, near of Kop Gateway, 40° 11' N, 40° 18' E, alt. 1596 m, 18 April 2014, in litter of Populus sp .; 7 females, Gençosman Village, 40° 9' 'N, 40° 20' E, alt. 1745 m, 18 April 2014, in moss ; 1 female, Sarımeşe Village, 40° 27' N, 40° 18' E, alt. 1655 m, 17 June 2014, in moss .
Distribution in Turkey. Bayburt.
Notes. Mašán (2007) identified P. (L.) vicarius from Slovakia and provided a detailed description. We collected this species from Turkey for the first time during our study in Bayburt Province. There are no important morphological differences between the Turkish and Slovakian specimens, except that in the Turkish specimens, seta j2 is clearly longer than j1, while in Slovakian specimens these two setae almost equal length (Mašán, 2007, page 73). The sperm induction system is illustrated in Figs 3 and 10 and the chelicera in Fig. 4.
