LECTOTYPE. — Balansa 2106 (P), Vietnam, Hà Tây, Mt Bavi, designated by Middleton, Blumea 45: 34 (2000).

Balansa 2106 (HM) was designated by Lý, Feddes Repert. 97: 431 (1986) but as this specimen could not be located at HM the later designation above should stand until such a time as it is found.
