Strigamia herzegowinensis (Verhoeff, 1935)
References for morphology: Verhoeff 1935; Dobroruka 1977.
Taxonomic notes. The name was first introduced by Verhoeff (1901) as a “nomen nudum” for a variety of Scolioplanes acuminatus crassipes, and was then listed by Attems (1903) as a variety “ hercegovinensis ” of Scolioplanes crassipes . However, it was described validly only later, by Verhoeff (1935), as a species of Scolioplanes (Protoplanes) . It was assigned to Strigamia by Dobroruka (1977). No other specimens have been recorded, but the validity of the species was never questioned.
Distribution: known from a single locality in the Dinarides.
