Material examined. VIETNAM: 2♀ labelled “Aulac. 001 ” and “Aulac. 002 ” (IEBR), NW Vietnam: Son La, Chieng Sinh, forest, MT, 15 – 25.v.2021, KD Long, NV Dzuong .
Diagnostic characters (based on specimens collected in Vietnam).
Female, body length: 10.1 mm; antenna length: 5.2 mm; fore wing length: 8.2 mm; ovipositor length: 8.4 mm.
Median occipital groove deep, U-shaped; occipital carina narrow, 0.2–0.3 × diameter of an ocellus, obsolescent medially; vertex and temple with fine, and scattered to dense punctures (distance between punctures 2.0–3.0 × puncture diameters); clypeus with coarse, deep and dense punctures on basal half; frons with dense fine punctures; scape 1.3 × length pedicel; first flagellomere 1.3 × as long as scape, and 0.6 × length of second flagellomere; pronotum, in lateral view, with two projecting tooth-like processes, anterior tooth-like process obtuse; scutellum areolate rugose; fore wing with vein 1-M 0.7 × vein 1m-cu; vein 1cu-a antefurcal; r: 3-Rs = 17: 17; 2-Rs+M short; discal cell subrectangular; 2-Ma: 3-Ma: 3-Mb = 26: 9: 13; subapical hind coxal groove sparsely setose; apical hind trochanteral groove deep, smooth (Fig. 18D); trochantellus distinct; tarsal claw with 5 tooth-like processes (Fig. 18C); fore wing membrane smoky brown, with large blackish brown spot, occupying basal half of marginal and second submarginal cells and apical half of the first submarginal cell; vein 3-Ma much shorter than vein 3-Mb; vein cu-a slightly antefurcal; vein 2r-m perpendicular to vein 3-Ma; petiole elongate, slender, slightly widened apically, 5.0 × its apical width; ovipositor slightly longer than fore wing.
