Brachypogon arabicus Szadziewski, Gwizdalska-Kentzer & Giłka, 2011: 646 (male, UAE).

Diagnosis. As the only species of this genus has nine antennal flagellomeres, the slender gonostylus and shieldshaped aedeagus. Female unknown (Szadziewski et al. 2011).
