Chaetocladius sudagaicedeus (Sasa et Tanaka, 2001) comb. n.

(Figs. 1, 2)

Paratrissocladius sudagaicedeus Sasa et Tanaka, 2001: 59 .

Bryophaenocladius sudagaicedea: Yamamoto(2004: 10)

Specimen examined: Japan: Gunma Pref., Tone River, Sudagai, holotype ♂ of Paratrissocladius sudagaicedeus, 11. vii. 2000, N. Tanaka [specimen No. 394:24 (NSMT-I-Dip 5340)] .

Yamamoto (2004) incorrectly treated Paratrissocladius sudagaicedeus as a member of the genus Bryophaenocladius based on the original description. This species should be transferred to the genus Chaetocladius because of having the diverged lateral spines on spurs of mid and hind tibia.
