Sticholotis confucii (Mulsant)

Lotis confucii Mulsant, 1850: 1036; Miyatake, 1994: 261. Sticholotis confucii: Crotch, 1874: 201 .

Diagnosis. This species close to S. formosana in appearance but can be distinguished from later by each elytron with 3 longitudinal rows of large punctures (Mulsant 1850). In S. formosana, elytral punctures are fine, without any large ones.

Specimens examined. None.

Distribution. China: Guangdong.

Remarks. This species was described by Mulsant (1850) from Guangdong Province, China and was transferred to Sticholotis by Crotch (1874).
