Trisetipsylla eastopi (Mathur, 1975), comb. nov.

Distribution. India: Uttarakhand (Mathur 1950, as Psylla cedrelae; Mathur 1975, as Psylla eastopi).

Host plant. Toona ciliata (Meliaceae) .

Comments. Based on the subgenital plate bearing a small process on the dorsal margin on either side, Psylla eastopi Mathur, 1975 is congeneric with Trisetipsylla bengalensis (Mathur, 1975) from India and T. sinica Yang & Li, 1984, the type species of Trisetipsylla, from China. We propose the following new combination: Trisetipsylla eastopi (Mathur, 1975), comb. nov. from Psylla .
