Dolichochaeta inermis (Salfi, 1925) comb. rev.

Comments. This species was described from Chile as a variety of Pherterus cubaensis . Additional specimens have not been recorded since its description, and no additional study of the type specimen has been carried out, so the association of this species is not clarified. Johns (1997) placed this species in Dolichochaeta, since his description better fits that genus. However, Gorochov (2001a) moved it back into Lutosa without justification, but he keeps that this species is dubious and should not be included in Lutosa . It is suggested to move the species back to Dolichochaeta, since the original description indicates characters more akin to Rhaphidophoridae than to Anostostomatidae .
