PHENOLOGY.— Flowering: March, July–September; fruiting: March, July–August.
DISTRIBUTION.— U.S.A. (Tex.), Mexico (Coah., N.L., Tamps.).
HABITAT.— Thornscrub, oak forest, on limestone.
ELEVATION.— 320–700 meters.
