One specimen with collection number MMO 1/22 4730/253 [MWO]; Baltic amber, adult, male, complete specimen with exposed distal part of genitalia and metathoracic wings; specimen partially obscured by layered structure of the amber and milky opacity (forebody). Body length of the specimen is 3.3 mm. The beetle inclusion is preserved in a small-sized, yellow, polished piece of transparent amber with dimensions of 10×6× 5 mm without supplementary fixation. Syninclusions are absent.

The size difference between specimens is considered as intraspecific variation of a single species, such size range is normal situation among the related extant beetles.
