Population structure and abundance. One female of аn unidentified genus.

Ecology and distribution. The thorniids inhabit both aquatic and terrestrial habitats on the majority of continents (Vinciguerra 2006; Andrássy 2009b). We found no published data of any representatives of this family in Vietnam.

Remarks. Male specimens are necessary to identify genera in this family (Andrássy 2009b).
