Distribution. West Mediterranean species known from all countries of North Africa, the Iberian Peninsula, Malta and southern Italy (G. Dellacasa & M. Dellacasa 2006; M. Dellacasa et al. 2016). First country records from Albania and Montenegro and the whole of the Balkan peninsula.
