Habitat. On Crinoidea.
Remarks. Pilsbry (1911) pointed out that T. album is morphologically similar to T. weltnerianum and noted that the difference between the two species is mainly that the plates of T. album are smooth. However, Hoek (1883) commented on the "beautiful striation" of the T. album plates under the microscope. Our observations of the holotype confirmed Hoek’s (1883) comment, therefore T. weltnerianum is here considered to be a junior subjective synonym of T. album .
