Diagnosis. Length of fore wing 4.35–4.37 mm; humerus short and roundly truncate, carina with lamella reduced; pronotal fovea obsolete, appearing like an integument puncture; scrobal groove not strong; metanotal process with apex truncated; propodeum with wide and deeply excavated cavity; species black with few yellow spots. Scutellum yellow, posterior margin of T1 and T2 each with yellow spot.
