14. striolata -group

Diagnosis. Cercal plate short, triangular or chordate, either with a pointed apex or a narrowly concave distal margin. Surstylus as long as or longer than cercal plate, in posterior view with or without a tooth on inner margin.
Species included in this group from China are B. hemiliocerca (Deng & Li, 1986), B. himalaica (Suwa, 1977), B. mediotubera (Deng, Li & Liu, 1996), B. peninsularis Suh & Kwon, 1986, B. spinulibasis (Li & Deng, 1981), B. strictistriolata Xue & Zhang, 2005, B. striolata (Fallén, 1824), and B. subspinulibasis sp. nov.
