Description of female. Body length 6.4 mm; forewing 7.5 mm long and 2.9 mm wide, hind wing 6.2 mm long and 2.4 mm wide.

Head blackish brown. Compound eyes strongly produced. Antennae with ca. 22 segments; flagellum distinctly attenuated, densely pilose. Mouthparts with labrum about 4.0 times as wide as long and not concaved medially; mandibles distally acutely pointed.

Thorax blackish brown; pronotum with convex anterior margin and much paler on median portion. Legs blackish brown; tarsomere 4 distinctly flattened and bilobed. Wings pale brown, with dense minute setae on wing surface and veins. Forewing nearly 3.0 times as long as wide; 6–7 distinct costal crossveins present; one scp-ra present at proximal 1/ 3 of subcostal space; ScP and RA distally fused; RP 2-branched; MA 2-branched; length of MA fork about half of RP fork; three crossveins present in RA space; MP having two main branches, both branches bifurcated into equal-sized forks; CuA 2-branched. Hind wing poorly preserved; RP, MA, and anterior branch of MP bifurcated.

Abdomen brown, but integument of abdominal segment 9 yellow. Sternum 7 broad, about 2.5 times as wide as long; posterior margin nearly truncate, posterolateral corners rounded. Gonocoxite 8 rather short, ~1/4× length of sternum 7, but transversely wide and slightly arched; putative gonapophyses 8 paired and sclerotized; a feebly sclerotized subtriangular lobe present posteriad gonapophyses 8.
