Type locality. Turkey: Konya, Beyşehir-Kurucaova. Holotype male (AİBÜEM).

Material examined. Turkey: Antalya, Calbalı Dag, 1700 m, 13.7.1949, 1 female (leg. P. H. Davis) (NHMUK) ; Konya, Beyşehir, Yeşildağ Köyü, 1200 m, 15.7.2015, 1 male, 1 female (topotypes) (leg. T. Özçapur) (AİBÜEM).

Distribution. (Fig. 195). Known from S. W. Turkey: Beyşehir, Burdur, Alanya and Antalya. Turkey: Konya: Beyşehir-Kurucaova, Burdur: 5 km S. of Bucak, Antalya: Alanya, Güzelbağ (Ünal 2011); Antalya: Saklıkent, Bakırlıdağ-Pozantı (Mol et al. 2016); Antalya: Calbalı Dağ, Konya: Beyşehir, Yeşildağ Köyü.

Measurements (mm). Length of body: male 40.5–53, female 44.3–45.2; pronotum: male 13.8–19, female 13.6–14.1; hind femur: male 18–20.3, female 19.2–20; ovipositor: 14.7–16 (Ünal 2011).

Remarks. The coloration of the female from Calbalı Dağ is lighter than typical form. Paranota of pronotum green with black spots, dorsal surface of pronotum dark orange (reddish-brown). Abdomen black with 2 longitudinal green bands along its length. Ovipositor and subgenital plate as in typical form (see Ünal 2011).

This species has not been assessed for the IUCN Red List (2016–3). Its distributional area is restricted and found rarely. It should be in “Vulnerable” status in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
