Type locality: Oregon: Jackson Co., Buckley County Park Rest Area, 3.5 mi S of Ruch on the Upper Applegate River, 2.5 mi from State Highway 238, estimated coordinates taken from Cantrall Buckley County Park which is nearer to Ruch and SR-238 than the written description, 42.2188°N, - 123.0687°W, male holotype and several male paratypes (AMNH) .
