Holotype: UPNG 9520, ~ 70km E and 35km S of Angguruk, 3900m, Papua Province, Indonesia (P. Blum, vi.1979).

Paratypes: UPNG 9521-22, same data as holotype.

Remarks: Type series consisted of the three UPNG specimens noted above; specimens destroyed, as noted in original description.
