Paratype: UPNG 9961, Mt Sisa lower camp, 2000m, 6 o 7.545'S 142 o 46.091'E, Southern Highlands Province, PNG (S. Richards, 20.x.1999) .

Remarks: Type series consists of three specimens; holotype and other paratype in ZMB. Paratype not found with tag, but a jar labelled with that number, and containing a frog labelled JCUNQ Herp 5046 is present. This specimen is the paratype (S. Richards, pers. comm.). Specimen in good condition.
