Diagnosis. Member of the bisignata group (Polhemus 1997). Body length 2.6–3.2 mm; antennomere II shorter than III; middle coxa blackish; hind trochanter yellowish; male fore trochanter without distal spine; male hind femur with 7–8 spines on posterior surface; male abdominal mediotergite VII and tergum VIII with shiny black areas centrally; female hind femur with spines on posterior surface; female abdominal laterotergites not reflected over mediotergites (Moreira 2012).
