Diagnosis. Body length 1.9–2.5 mm; male antennomere I longest, not incrassate, without tuft of stout setae ventrally; male fore femur without tuft of stout setae on anterior margin, without row of long stout conical setae ventrally; male hind leg unmodified, femur straight; venter of male abdominal segments VII and VIII deeply longitudinally grooved (Hungerford 1954).
