Material examined. South China Sea. 1 female, Cl 3.46 mm, MBM 150129, coral reef, CN6-8, Nansha Islands, Yongshu Island, 30 m, TT, 24 June 1990.
Distribution. South China Sea; Kabira, Ishigaki-jima, Ryukyus Ishigaki-jima of the Ryukyus; Marsegu Island, Moluccas; Bay of Bengal; Mozambique Channel.
Remarks. Although all of the pereopods are lost, the sole specimen agrees quite well with the description and illustrations of Baba (1972): the rostrum is broad at base; the carapace has two supraocular spines on each side; the basal article of antennule has four spines; the third maxilliped merus has three spines on flexor margin, extensor margin unarmed; there are two spines on the second abdominal segment.
