Type Series: Holotype ♂, Paratype ♀.

Current status: Valid species.

Remarks: The labels of the two specimens do not match the dates in the original description. The collection number of the holotype, but not the paratype, matches the description. No other specimens were found in the SMNHTAU collection, the specimens were clearly labeled as types, and the collection number of the holotype matches the original description. It is therefore determined here that the specimens are indeed the holotype and paratype of this species and a transcription error likely happened in the original description.
