Rhyparus costaricensis Cartwright & Woodruff, 1969 new country record

This species is known from Costa Rica (San José Province), and Mexico (Jalisco, Nayarit, and Veracruz) (Cartwright & Woodruff, 1969; Rivera-Cervantes et al. 2014). One specimen represents a new country record for Guatemala, labeled: “ GUATEMALA: Alta Verapaz, Senahu, 11-IX-84, M. García col.” (IEXA) (Fig. 10).
