Notes.

The endophallus of the Zaô-chûô-kôgen specimen could not be inflated sufficiently due to changes in the membranous part (Fig. 5E-H), but the specimen was identified unambiguously as P. chokaisanus, based on species-specific structures of the endophallus. The body lengths (mm) of the Momoyake specimens (♂/♀/♀) are BLm 14.91/14.24/14.94, BLl 13.65/13.08/13.68 and BLc 13.18/12.56/13.21; and those of the Zaô specimen are BLm 14.20, BLl 12.83 and BLc 12.40. The Zaô-chûô-kôgen specimen is the southernmost distribution record of this species.
