Diagnosis. C. albipes (Fallén) (Fig. 1) can be recognized by shining body, yellow thoracic sclerites, yellow legs, and male surstylus which is apically bifurcated into anterior and posterior lobes (Figs 3, 4). Scutum normally yellow with a pair of longitudinal dark stripes on yellow ground color, but sometimes wholly black.

Length (♂ ♀). Body, 6.9–7.1 mm; wing, 6.4–6.5 mm.

Distribution. Europe; Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, and Kyushu); Russia (Amur Oblast, Magadan Oblast, Primorskiy Kray) (Ozerov, 2014). New to Japan.

Remarks. This species is similar to C. cuspidata Sasakawa and C. nubecula Sasakawa, but is easily distinguishable from them by having yellow anepimeron in both sexes and by the structures of anterior and posterior lobes of surstylus in male.
