Material examined. AZERBAIJAN. Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic: Kangarli, Chalkhangala, 39°26′N, 45°17′N, 1370 m, 25. VI.2020, 1 ♂, leg. M. Maharramov [CAFK] .

Distribution. Western, Southern, and Eastern Europe, North Africa, Russia (North Caucasus), Azerbaijan (?main territory, Nakhchivan AR), Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Iraq.

Remarks. The species was previously reported as doubtful for Azerbaijan (Fateryga et al. 2021);the identification of the material reported by Aliyev et al. (2019) cannot be trusted.
