Diagnosis. Body (except head) black (Fig. 9); head transverse and reddish-yellow; eye in dorsal view 1.5 × longer than temple (Fig. 10H); eye in lateral view 0.9 × higher than wide; frons largely smooth, rugulose near antennal sockets and densely punctate laterally (Fig. 10H); vertex and temple smooth (Fig. 10H); face rather convex medially, densely and coarsely rugose-reticulate with transverse striation (Fig. 10I); clypeus subtriangular, protruding forward, densely and finely reticulate-punctate (Fig. 10I); mandible rugose and with 4 teeth or lobes (Fig. 10J); notauli crenulated and incomplete, impressed on disc; mesoscutum smooth and with sparse setae anteriorly; medio-posterior depression short, densely crenulated (Fig. 10B); precoxal sulcus crenuate; metapleuron with dense punctures (Fig. 10C); surface of propodeum reticulate-rugose and areola absent (Fig. 10D); pterostigma 5.4 × longer than its maximum width (Fig. 10A); hind coxa finely punctate (Fig. 10B); metasoma longitudinally striate and some reticulate-rugosity between striae, length of first tergite 0.85 × its apical width (Fig. 10E), setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.6 × as long as fore wing (total visible sheath 0.7 ×), and 1.5 × as long as hind tibia (Fig. 10G).
Description. ♀ from Anning, length of body 3.0 mm, of fore wing 3.3 mm.
Head. Transverse (Fig. 10H), width of head 1.6 × its lateral length (Fig. 10H), and 1.5 × wider than mesoscutum; antenna with 46 segments, third segment (including annellus) 0.7 × as long as fourth segment, length of third and fourth segments 1.7 and 3.3 × their width, respectively (Fig. 10F); length of maxillary palp twice height of head; eye in dorsal view 1.5 × as long as temple (Fig. 10H); eye in lateral view 0.9 × higher than wide (Fig. 10I); frons mainly smooth; vertex and temple smooth (Fig. 10H); OOL:diameter of ocellus:POL= 14:5:4; face twice wider than high, rather convex medially, densely and coarsely rugose-reticulate with transverse striae (Fig. 10I); clypeus small, subtriangular, protruding forward, densely and finely reticulate-punctate (Fig. 10I); malar space absent; mandible with 4 teeth or lobes, enlarged apically, dorsal tooth enlarged, lobe-shaped (Fig. 10K), ventral tooth medium-sized and lobe-shaped, ventral carina protruding, middle tooth curved (Fig. 10L), medial length of mandible 1.6 × its maximum width (Fig. 10L).
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.5 × its height (Fig. 10C); pronope round, wide and deep; medio-anteriorly pronotum distinctly crenulate, remainder of pronotum smooth (Fig. 10C); epicnemial area rugose with some crenulae; precoxal sulcus long, widely crenulate, not reaching middle coxa; pleural sulcus crenulated ventrally; episternal scrobe round and deep; metapleuron smooth medially, but reticulate-rugose ventrally (Fig. 10C); notauli crenulated and incomplete, anteriorly impressed on disc (Fig. 10B); medio-posterior depression comparatively short, not extended to middle of mesoscutum, scutellar sulcus deep, with one longitudinal carina and two short carina, sulcus 3.0 × wider than its maximum length; scutellum smooth and triangular (Fig. 10B); surface of propodeum densely and coarsely reticulate-rugose, areola present but inconspicuous posteriorly (Fig. 10D).
Wings (Fig. 10A). Pterostigma wide, 4.2 × as long as maximum width r:3-SR:SR1 = 5:12:49; 1-SR+M slightly sinuate; SR1 straight; r 0.7 × as long as the width of pterostigma; cu-a interstitial; 3-CU1 as long as CU1b; 2-SR:3- SR:r-m = 20:15:13; m-cu postfurcal, slightly sinuate and almost parallel to 1-M; first subdiscal cell 3.8 × as long as wide; M+CU1 unsclerotized basally. Hind wing: M+CU: 1-M: 1r-m = 25:15:6; m-cu far antefurcal.
Legs. Hind coxa smooth, without ventro-basal tubercle; tarsal claws moderately robust, longer than arolium (Fig. 10G); length of femur, tibia and basitarsus of hind leg 4.4, 8.3 and 6.7 × their width, respectively; apical appendages of hind tarsal segments absent, segments ventrally densely bristly setose ((Fig. 10G).
Metasoma. First tergite widened from base to apex, apical width 2.5 × its basal width, length of first tergite 0.9 × its apical width, with distinct dorsal carinae fused in basal half, medially convex (Figs 10 D-E); dorsope distinct; median length of second tergite 0.9 × its basal width, 0.8 × its maximum posterior width, 1.3 × length of third tergite; combined length of second and third tergites 1.4 × maximum width; setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.5 × as long as fore wing (total visible sheath 0.6 ×), and 1.6 × as long as hind tibia (Fig. 10G).
Colour. Dark reddish brown (Fig. 9); 6 basal segments of antenna, mandible, face, clypeus, legs except hind tibia and hind tarsus yellowish; head and first and second tergite of metasoma brownish yellow; third tergite of metasoma, hind tibia and tarsus dark brown; metasoma dark reddish brown; pterostigma and veins brown; wing membrane slightly infuscated.
Variation. Body length: 2.5–3.5 mm, length of fore wing 3.0- 3.6 mm. eye in dorsal view 1.5–1.9 × as long as temple; vein cu-a of fore wing either postfurcal or interstitial; first and second tergites of metasoma dark reddish brown to yellowish brown; head yellowish to brownish yellow; antennal segments of ♀ 41 (1), 42 (1), 43 (7), 44 (10), 45 (15), 46 (7), 47 (4), 48 (4), 49 (1). Males are similar to females; antenna of ♂ with 38 (2) segments.
