Chryasus plagiatus Champion (1908: 338, description), Hustache (1938: 24, transfer from Centrinini to Bari[di]ni, Coelonertina).
Diagnosis. This 2.1–2.7 mm long species can be recognized readily by its distinctive color pattern. An unassigned, entirely brown specimen from Costa Rica (Fig. 33) is very similar but has stouter appendages and punctate (not rugose) pronotal flanks.
