Baris multistriata Chevrolat (1880: 300, description), Fleutiaux & Sallé (1890: 453, comment on variation).

Limnobaris multistriata: Hustache (1932: 67 and 319, with precise collecting sites).

Psiona multistriata: Hustache (1938: 128).

Diagnosis. This is an elongate, reddish species with somewhat brighter fascia near the elytral base. It can be distinguished from other, still unnamed Antillean species by subconical pronotum, slender rostrum and protruding eyes.

Material examined. GUADELOUPE. Without precise collecting data, F.-J. Delauney, female holotype (NHRS 1) .

Additional material. Bains-Jaunes and Gourbeyre, F.-J. Delauney, 6 specimens (Hustache 1932).
