Dissomphalus strabus Azevedo, 2003: 12, 52–53 (♂ holotype from Panama, MIUP, figs 100–103).
Diagnosis. Mandible bidentate. Clypeus tridentate. Tergal process with pair of rounded and shallow depression with pit, high him and tuft of setae slightly directed each other. Hypopygium with posterior margin straight. Genitalia: paramere with dorsal margin slightly convex; aedeagal ventral ramus shorter than aedeagal dorsal body, laminar; surface horizontal; apex with two rami; aedeagal dorsal body with two pairs of apical lobes, the outer pair narrow with apex sharpened strongly angled downward; inner margin with large and triangular basal expansion; inner pair membranous, stout and setose. Apodeme extending beyond the genital ring.

Remarks. No additional material of this species was not found in this study.
