Hosts and distribution. Troglodytes troglodytes (Linnaeus) ( Troglodytidae) from Germany (Fritsch 1958), England (Nattress & Skoracki 2007) and Poland (Skoracki 2011); T. aedon Vieillot from Canada (Manitoba) (Bochkov & Galloway 2001).
