Material examined. Holotype (DCBU 31294); female, Brazil, SP, São Luiz do Paraitinga, Núcleo Santa Virgínia 23o19’24,8’’S 45o5’40’’W, semidecidous mesophilic forest, 22.IV.2010, Malaise traps; N.W. Perioto col. Comments. This species is distinguished by the mesosoma stretched and flattened dorso-ventrally and the higher proportion of mesopleuron length in relation to mesosoma.

Etymology. This species is named by a characteristic of the mesopleuron, relatively large compared to the size of the all body.
