Acroneuria internata (Walker) .

This species is known from Oklahoma east to Virginia and north to the Great Lakes Region (DeWalt et al. 2010). Frison (1935) reported it from several locations in Illinois, ranging from small to large rivers. DeWalt et al. (2005) has since been listed as extirpated from Illinois. Grubbs (2004) reported it from central and southern Indiana.

Recently, we have collected and viewed museum specimens from several locations in northern Indiana.
