Material examined: Iran, Guilan Province: Rasht (37°11′45′′N 49°38′25′′E), 17♁ 40♀, light trap, 15.V.2021 ; Sangar (37°07′26′′N 49°43′50′′E), water inlet channel to the dam; 14♁ 30♀, sweeping, 06.VI.2021 ; Dasht-e-Veyl, near brook (36°50′47′′N 49°35′00′′E), 10♁ 5♀, sweeping, 18.VI.2022 .

Diagnosis: Body elongate and narrowed toward posterior third; hemelytron light-brown with an irregularlyshaped dark mark and with short unevenly arranged hairs; protonum wider than head, longer than median head length; eyes black or black with golden spots (Fig. 8A). Metaxyphus narrow, short and triangular, with apex narrowly rounded (Fig. 8B).

Males: pala with four long setae dorsally; ventrally, palmar area with single short seta distally and a few scattered setae in the middle, ca. 16 setae in mesial row and ca. 11 setae in lateral row, lateral row setae more pronounced than those of mesial row; palar claw broadened distally, apex rounded (Fig. 11D). Median lobe of sternum VII broad basally, narrow apically, with pointed apex and four long setae (Fig. 9A). Strigil present. Prestrigilar flap on segment V (as in Fig. 9B). Free lobe of tergum VIII broad, mesial angle rounded with ca. 5 short setae distributed submarginally and lateral angle slightly produced with ca. 18 long setae (Fig. 9C). Left paramere: shaft flattened, parallel sided, apex with a noticeable ridge at the top; basal lobe long, tongue-shaped (Fig. 9D). Right paramere: proximal part of shaft widened, distal fourth curved, apex narrowly rounded; base with a distinct hump on mesial side, near base of shaft; pars stridens processus located on marginal part of the base (Fig. 9E).
