Distribution. BRAZIL (Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo). Here we recorded it for the RPPN Sanctuary of Caraça.

Material examined. BRAZIL, Minas Gerais, Catas Altas, RPPN Sanctuary of Caraça, Trilha Tanque Grande, 20°6’5.58”S 43°29’32.34”W, 1201 m, male, 18.xi.2022, Monné, M.L. leg. (MNRJ-ENT7-47245) .

Diagnosis. This species is recognized by the following combination of characters: antennae and legs black; metafemora abruptly and robustly clavate; metatibiae with sulcus and carinae evident on posterior half; metatibiae with tuft of setae (Marques & Napp 1996).
