Type material. Holotype ANSP 77308. Type locality. Samoa, Upolu Island, Apia (13°48’S, 171°44’W). Distribution. Samoa, Marshall, New Caledonia islands, Indonesia, Japan, China and Queensland, Australia

(Schwabe et al. 2008). Remarks. This species was collected from China for the first time at Xisha Islands (Ma 2004).
