General distribution. Palaearctic, extending to Kashmir; introduced to North America (USA).

Comments. On Medicago sativa and Onobrychis sp. (both Fabaceae), Triticum sp. and Hordeum sp. (both Poaceae), Nigella sp. ( Ranunculaceae), Pinus sp. ( Pinaceae) (Modarres Awal 1996b), Sorghum sp. ( Poaceae) (Taghizadeh et al. 2010); on Brassicaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Fabaceae (Linnavuori 2007) .
